Well trained and respected physicians who want to participate in the delivery of world class medical and surgical care to the people of Sri Lanka and to the growing medical tourism industry, are encouraged to consider applying for medical staff privileges so they can admit and treat their patients at the Embassy Medical Center Hospital and its network of outpatient clinics.Medical Staff Model:
The Embassy Medical System is designed around a combination of the most effective and modern medical quality principles and practices from Sri Lanka, the UK and the USA. These principles have been developed into an entirely new model of physician alliance with the hospital. Under this model, physicians will have to apply for admission to the Embassy Medical System Medical Staff and meet rigorous standards in clinical care, patient safety, professional behavior, and continuous medical education and credentialing. All physicians will have to apply for privileges and demonstrate their continuing proficiency in the care they provide to patients within the hospital, its on-campus ambulatory care (channeling) centers, and its network of Embassy Medical Clinics.
