The developers invite sophisticated international investors to contact them about joining its consortium of US, European, and South Asian partners to participate in the implementation of this exciting project.This project which has been granted approval by the Board of Investment Sri Lanka, is entitled to a 15+ years tax holiday, and the investors to the project are exempt from tax on dividends during the tax holiday. Further the dividends/sale of shares of the foreign investment could be repatriated.
